Luke Kouzapa

Founder

Luke has worked continuously within the Finance industry since 1964 when he joined the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. His time with the CBA spanned a period of 30 years during which time he progressed through the Bank’s Supervisory ranks and on to Accountancy and Assistant Manager roles, culminating in his appointment as Manager at CBA’ Goodwood branch for nearly 4 years and then Senior Manager CBA’ Unley branch for 6 ½ years. Luke left the CBA on the 31st of January 1994.

As a result of requests from many of his existing clients for consulting support, Luke entered the fledgeling Finance Broking field and LKFS was established on 1 February 1994.

Theo Kouzapa

Managing Director

Theo joined LKFS in 1995 and has worked within the finance broking industry his entire career.

Still relatively young, Theo is considered to be a veteran of finance and his knowledge in business operations and funding strategies is well beyond his years. With significant exposure to many industries, including construction, agriculture, manufacturing and retail, there isn’t much that he hasn’t seen in his 21 years in finance.

Theo is a customer focused leader of the LKFS team with a natural ability for forging strong relationships. He doesn’t mind rolling up his sleeves and fighting on behalf of his client's financial well being and is protective of the high standard of service expected by our clients.

Peter Morgante

Director of Finance

Qualifications: 

  • Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance /Mortgage Broking)
  • Diploma in Financial Services (Finance & Mortgage Management)
  • Bachelor of laws and Legal Practice

Having completed two degrees at Flinders University, Peter has acquired skills which allow him to analytically assist and improve customer’s financial situations to ensure their needs are not just met now, but also in the future. With over five years lending experience he uses his expert knowledge to assist a wide range of customers such as first home buyers, seasoned investors and professionals.

Peter Morgante

Bill Antoniou

Financial Planner

Bill commenced his career in the finance industry as an Accountant in 2001 at a renowned Adelaide Chartered Accounting Firm. After several years in Accounting, he pursued a career in Financial Planning, which has seen him work in some of the larger banks including Commonwealth Bank and Westpac, and more recently a specialised Financial Planning Firm which allowed him to have an influence on all facets of the financial process.

With over 10 years of experience in Financial Planning, Bill has expertise in dealing with a diverse range of clients ranging from individuals to business. Bill works with his clients to provide financial security, no matter which stage of life they are at.

Nick Davoli

Senior Corporate Credit Adviser

Nick joined LKFS in October 2002 and has more than 35 years experience in the finance industry. First appointed to the Commonwealth Bank in 1978, and after 16 years mostly in the bank’s lending areas, he moved into the private sector in 1994. Thereafter, Nick held a national role in a franchise chain as its Franchise & Finance Manager for more than 8 years before taking his knowledge and expertise into finance broking.

Nick specialises in commercial and business finance and has helped numerous clients to achieve their business goals and objectives. He is equally adept in financing a first home buyer as he is with structuring a complex corporate financing tender.

Jessica Riley

Credit Adviser

Before joining the team at LKFS, Jess was employed by Westpac Banking Corporation. During her career with Westpac she gained a wealth of knowledge in various facets of the banking realm. Starting with six years in home lending, Jess has an extensive understanding of the entire mortgage process from the initial application, through to servicing post settlement.

She then enhanced these skills from 2012 by including two years in retail banking, specialising in products from accounts through to investments, lending and insurance. Jess spent these years working closely with personal and business clients, tailor fitting individual solutions to meet their every need.

Jessica Riley

Joanna McQuillan

Senior Administrator/ Compliance Manager

Joanna joined LKFS in March 2005 as the business’ Admin Assistant. Prior to this she developed her exceptional customer service skills in the retail industry for 4 years. In 2006, she was given the opportunity to further her career and was promoted to the role of Senior Administrator and Compliance Officer, where she has been ever since.

Joanna’s role is diverse and allows her to apply background knowledge of theory and practical accounting to her everyday work duties. Her time at LKFS has seen her become skilled in preparing quarterly Business Activity Statements and monitoring compliance obligations.
